Hi all,
I've recently tiled behind a cooker hob with glass tiles which all went well.
However the electrician installed the cooker hood and when the two lights were turned on ( which are very close to the wall tiles ) the light just catches the edges of the glass tiles and shines through...

Had our kitchen fitted and finished about 2:5 months ago. The black tiles were a bit thin, but only ones I could get is 3mm.
The were fitted with square edged stainless steel trim. The tiler had to put...

Anybody heard of an adhesive (apparently popular in a certain country) that uses "glass balls" I think he said, instead of adhesive. He definitely said glass something. Might not have been 'balls' per se. lol
Wondering if A) you've ever heard of it B) if you have, you've ever used it and C) if...

Hello fellow tilers,
Can anybody please tell me what they have found to be their best method for removing a glass splashback, as my customers now require ceramic tile splashback instead, i presume it has been siliconed on.
Many thanks

Hi, I am trying to track down the supplier of glass tiles that were stocked by B & Q until very recently (at least last autumn). We moved house recently and the kitchen of our new home has some of these tiles but the former owners cracked one during the move. The problem is that I don't know...
Hi,
Am on the final straight of my wetroom project!
The wetroom is fairly small (2.5x2.0m) and there is a bath fairly close to the shower area, so I am expecting the bath is going to be splashed by water when taking a shower.
I want to fit glass panels to the side and end of the bath and...

I'm tiling my bathroom, which is in a corner of the house with dry lining on the two outside walls. The plan is to tile all the walls floor to ceiling with white tiles (6mm thick), with a strip of glass mosaic (4mm thick) a little below eye level. As a result of some uneven plaster, and a 1 mm...

Sent a customer down to the local Tile Giant to look at their Splashbacks, 600mm x 750mm roughly.
They were looking at the limegreen one & were told by T/G staff that they have had issues with this particular colour, there is a chemical reaction happening & the adhesive is turning the green...

Hi all,
Error made and thought I'd share. Had to fit a 750 x 600 glass splash back behind an Aga. Now the wall was pretty battered and the flue was very much in the way. Decided to put the adhesive on the Glass back, found out it had just been spray painted black and using all I knew, ran a...

Some background first, then my question....
The designer's plans for this bathroom called for a wavy soffit over the shower. The designer gave me the dimensions for the curves, I figured out the radii and the length of the curves, and then we built this in the shop and installed it. We then...
