    Travertine not good with underfloor heat mats?

    I've just been told by my customer that he's been advised against using electric underfloor heating mats with travertine by a tile shop. They said the heat would degrade the stone. I've not heard this before & have done the job without any problems before. Anyone have any views on this?

    Anyone feeling the heat?

    I certainly am at the minute,i'll not say it's nice because my phone never stops either ! I have at least 14 jobs booked in now with 3 of them new builds. I jumped on my bike this evening and went for a spin to release. Pity we couldn't just turn it into money quick,lol.
