I was putting a tiled skirting around a bathroom today and as i came to the soil pipe were the w.c is going the main water feed inlet was to low for my skirting. The plumber was on site so i went and asked if he could raise it 2 inches as it would look better with the tiled skirting....Ok my old...

Hi one and all! I reside in California, USA and have gradually become more familiar with tiling. Until retirement I was a computer programmer so no skills whatsoever.
I started by tiling our fireplace with a seating area (don't recommend as first project) and finally tiled the hallways and...
Now the next part is i have to put a quote but not sure how to go about this one ill explain it the best i can any ideas on a good price

I will be about until 9am each weekday morning to run 365 Drills but then its on the train and working from 11am until 9pm every week day.
At the weekends its from 9am until 6pm...

I have been asked by a customer if I can tile her mobile home. Problem is that the walls are made of very thin hardboard. So was thinking about over boarding but would need something very thin as to not add to much depth. and weight to the walls. Don't want to cause her problems...
