My customer wants to save money (don't they all!) by only installing warmup boards exactly where the heating is going to be - approx 10sqm in a 17sqm room. She is sure that they will not move furniture and that the layout will be fixed. My question is if I bond boards to the sand and cement...

    fastwarm insulation boards

Anyone got any views on the the fastwarm insulation boards. They are certainly cheaper than wedi/dukka/marmox etcc but dont have the cement backing on both sides. Have used a few times on top of screed before laying electric mats but not sure whether ok on top of plywood. Johnny
