Im having problems getting 600/400 tiles to bed on a wall without having steps in the tiles. hard to set them level on all sides, wondered if my adhesive not wet/soft enough? Anyone else had this problem?

As a matter of interest how large a tile would you go with ceramics with tub gear? I am currently using 248x331 ceramic tiles with tub gear all supplied by contractor i would guess this is border line what do you guys reckon?.

If you're using large format tiles you will need to use a thick-bed tile adhesive. A thick-bed tile adhesive will have 'filler's in it or a coarse sand to help it bond and cure correctly without shrinkage and cracking.
