    Makita batteries 4.0 !!

    OK i have received my charger and two of these new 18 volt batteries ,i have charged them-up on the new charger , expecting them to fit my makita 18v grinder and i just can't get them to engage any ideas please ?? :thumbsup:perhaps these batteries are not the right ones ,

    Makita retired

    My Makita cordless drill has been retired today. I saw a Dewalt in B&Q for £89 so decided to see if it lasts as long as the Makita. 4 Years !!! The Makita will stay in the workshop for general/lighter duties.
