Mapei ultracolor plus love it or hate.
Me for one have decided that I hate the stuff,did a 12m2 WC in metro tiles what a nightmare it was using this grout no sooner you put it on the wall the stuff sets straight away I know yesterday was hot which did not help,I mixed it as they say and even wet the tiles but still it was hard...- afright

Mapeii does not reccomend on Ditra !
Is it me, or am I missing something ?? Mapeii technical say that their rapid set is fine for Anhydrate screed but isn't suitable for laying on ditra !! and Ardex X7R is suitable for Anhydrate screed and ditra... ??- m3fitter

today was my first time using mapei ultra colour..only because in my area no one stocks it..very happy with the finish it gives but wasn't use to only doing a sq mt before sponging of...blimey it cures quick once its in dont it.- ian158

Good Silicon match for Mapei Limestone grout?
