The ply is 18mm thick. I will seal it as per any recommendations given by the BAL or equivalent adhesive that I use (it will probably be BAL fastflex).
I wonderered if I should treat the edges of the...
hi, when boarding out a floor with ply do you, usually take out the toilet and sink?
Only asking because i was thinking it would be awkward to cut ply round the fixtures.
Also if the pipes go into the wall how would you combat this as putting ply down will lift the floor thus the pipes will not...

Hi all
Just started a bathroom on Thursday with mainly plaster walls, but a stud wall the customer has had built is marine ply.
Without thinking I primed the lot with BAP APD which I now realise may have been wrong for the ply.
I am using BAL SPF for the plastered walls - can this be used...
Hi all,
I have recently lifted some old tiles from my kitchen floor in prep for new tiles. I have found the floor to be plywood boards that are uneven, bowed and there is quite a lot of movement when I walk on them. I have had a tiler out who says I need to replace the floor to have any chance...

As costs are spiraling...
