I have recently tiled my bathroom floor. I have problems around a couple of the tiles where the grout have broken away. I have noticed that a couple of the tiles are springy, they are fixed solid but i feel my subfloor may have caused this problem.
I have been told a few ways of solving this...

Any tips for cutting porcelain tiles with a dry cutter, I am using the Rubi TS 60 plus fitted with a 10mm gold scoring wheel to cut 330 x 330 porcelain floor tiles but find it is badly chipping at the break point. I normally use a wet cutter to cut porcelain but thought the dry...
Eighteen months ago I upgraded to "Girlfriend 1.0" from "Drinking Mates 4.2"
which I had used for years without any trouble.
However, there are apparently conflicts between these two products and the only solution was to try and run "Girlfriend 1.0" with the sound turned off. To make matters...

Finished grouting a room four days ago and it has dried patchy - very dark in places and almost white in others. From what I have read on here, this has happened to others with Granfix Ultimate Flex Grey grout.
I have read all the advice and I think I know WHY it went wrong...
Just finished grouting my bro's bathroom. He has large format tiles with 3 mm spacing, with travertine mosaic border. When i grouted - i spread the grout into the joints between the tiles - no problems there. Then i got my wash boy sponge and did two light circular motions over the tiles...

I've searched the site and cannot find an answer to this particular problem.
I've had floor tiles laid in the kitchen and the builders decided not to grout then for a couple of weeks as the 'grout will get dirty'. When they did grout them someone used ceramic wall grout in error. They then...
