    Terracotta sealer and maintenance

I am thinking the best product to seal Terracotta may be Aquamix Enrich N Seal since it doesn't not require linseed oil in maintenance. Whereas LTP's Colour Intensifier does require linseed oil in maintenance. Would this be correct? I am trying to get this issue with terracotta into...

    Sealing over sealer

I've cleaned a marble floor that had Lithofin Stain stop (solvent one apparently) applied when it was laid over 3 years ago. I understand that this sealer is both topical and an impregnator. I used Aquamix Heavy duty on the floor and it was left looking a little dull. The customer was advised...

    Grout Sealer Advice

Hi All. Just completed the bathroom tiling (Thankfully). I am rightfully paranoid about moisture penetration in the grout. I used BAL grout which I am happy about, but I used a unibond adhesive (heavily mixed with additive to assist properties). I read the forums too late!! Anyhoo. Too late...
