    Was asked to do some site work a while back and finally after some head bashing , I decided to pull the developers out of a hole! Started today and what a load of bol****! Soon as I opened the door I hated it, waterproof chipboard floors , with no overlay of any sort going on top of the floors...

    Morning lads anybody work on new build houses? managed to get a few days a week with a big firm which is cool but money seems a little low. 12pm for walls 15pm for floors is this a normal price for new build? Thanks Sean
