Slate floor
Just got a Slate floor. the Slate provided is a job lot but looking quite nice. It comes in 2 sizes 1.05 x 0.30 and 0.51 x 0.30. They vary in thickness between 10mm and 15 mm. Slate tile upstands
Thoughts folks, just laid an uncalibrated slate floor in a kitchen/dining area. I'm fitting the up stands in the same material, I have selected a load of roughly the same thickness cut down to 10cm, then something occurred to me, would I leave grouting gaps in the up stands or but them up? DIY- how to darken a slate tile

Uncalibrated slate into a wetroom

Best grout for slate tiles on concrete floor
