    Brushed Steel tile trim for slate step

    Hi, wonder if anyone can help? Currently working on a large door step and entrance (7m2) in slate, and customer has asked for 'brushed steel' tile trim on edge of steps. Any idea where I can obtain this or similar? Would need to be 12mm or bigger. Thanks.

    outside step

    Will be doing a step soon if weather permits, the step has a over hang of about 15mm . I want to build the underside of the over hang out so it is all level for the tile any suggestions. Don't think backer board or the like is suitable for outdoors is it ???
