    Just for craic, I rang them up about a month ago concerning a possible mis-sold PPI...,,, got a cheque through post yesterday for just over £2K... It took about 15 mins to complete the initial form, so just a heads up to you all, **** the ppi claim management agencies, just do it yourself :)...
