tile grout

Hello everyone need advice I had porcelain tiles laid a week ago in my kitchen . The tiles are light cream and have a grout haze that wont come off. Ive tried vinegar,baking soda and even a chemical tile cleaner not designed for haze thou. Any idea how i can get rid of the grout haze

mapei recommend scotch brite pads to clean off dry grout. Which ones do you guys use if any ?

Please could someone advice if it’s possible to easily rectify the uneven grout lines shown in the attached pictures please?
