    Spacing around window trim

    Hi all I have some 12mm box trim to put around window edge. when tiling around it, do I tile up to it or leave a 3mm grout gap as I have done with all the other tiles. wasn't sure as its the first time I have had to tile in and around a window. Thanks

    Adhesive damaged trim - advice appreciated

    I just had my bathroom tiled and there are patches of trim (gunmetal coloured alu trim from Wickes) which have been discoloured. The adhesive was Larsen. Any ideas what might have caused this? Have you come across it before? Thanks
