Typical tactic from main contractor Harry thinks that you will take a lower price as you don't have other work lined up, play him at his own game , they aren't many tilers with the know how and skill to pull off a job like this and the ones that can do it know what to charge ,some charge the same price as what the tiles cost to install so you guy is in for a surprise when he gets other prices
