I've been asked to quote on a decent job by a builder who has extended a detached house. 2 en suites, 1 bathroom, 27' x 15' kitchen, hall wall and 2 laundry rooms. no borders, just chrome trim in bathroom & suites.

80+ sq yds floor tiles using 400 x 400

50+ sq yds wall tiles using 300 x 600

plus splashback work when kitchen fitted.

All floors are concrete and flat with no fixtures or fittings going down until tiling is done.

Quote is for labour & mats

just off the top of my head you would be looking at about 2,600 for the tiling and about 30 bags of addy. (floor and wall) say you'll do the splashback for nothing but specify every item in case they move the goalposts, (type of tile or tanking etc.)

Must be a mirror image of the one I'm doing at the moment. New Build.
Bathroom, 2 En suites, Laundry room, and Kitchen approx 110 m2 in total.
Charging £2600 labour only and customer is supplying all materials (BAL from Topps).
