2024 tilers rates north west england

It depends how much business you've got coming in I guess. How long have you been tiling? What sort of experience do you have?

I tend to find people who lock themselves into site work lose their domestic customers over time. So it's been said to always dip your hand into the one that isn't your bread and butter every now and again.

Is site work what you're used to?

MyBuilder say 110 per square meter but that isn't based on the actual work coming from there and working it out, which they will do and know, it'll be an increased number to try convince more trades to sign up.

So be careful where you get your information from if you're changing your life around the income etc

I couldn't find this thread the other day but have a good read of that. It shows you the rates people were charging in 2019-2021, so they would be similar to pre-pandemic levels now. Bearing in mind that materials will cost more these days as the raw materials and energy needed to produce them have all increased a bit.
