Cutting not waste men! I meant in each area the % of tiles that will have to be cut is around 16%, I put that in because I dont want to pay a linear cutting rate on top of the m2 rate. After looking at the drawings Ive allowed for 5% waste.
Gary what do you think?
Merle Im shocked at what you wrote £12.00m2 plus lodgings? its disqusting I feel for them truely.

linear cutting is not normally charged when pricing ceramics and most tilers dont expect it these days unless its rake cutting at angles, 5% should be fine with that size tile
