I did some 6 months ago for a customer which i had big reservations about.

You could basically snap them with your hands but the customer was adament of having them.

I put then onto a 6mm hardie board in a brick pattern and they have never cracked or had any issues with.

On a true solid bed and the back of the tile skimmed the adhesive becomes part of the tile so in theory increases the thickness of the tile.

I suppose a 10mm tile installed badly with voids would give more issues.

Though still will not reccommend them
