Anybody looking for some works in central london within the next month.. ?
i have 600 msq of floors to be done and 250 + of stairs to be tiled.
inside works only... my team are currently working on 2000 msq in the cotswolds and the jobs will clash.. everything supplied.. just turn up and fix seal grout, reseal then get paid...!
im looking for three man crew or larger to complete these works ..
£25- £30 per msq due to large areas ...
10 tonnes of stone arrive week commencing 16th July..... further 20 tonnes arriving three weeks later..
flat substrates... extremley flat... on top of ditra matting... ditra and latex leveling will be done by my team and will be perfect..

RECEPTION 250 MSQ (800 X800, 200X800, 200X 200)
LIFT LOBBYS 20-30 MSQ X 10
BATHROOM FLOORS 45 MSQ X 3
LANDING LEVELS 4 MSQ X 20
264 STEPS AND RISERS SINGLE STONE FOR EACH.. VERY EASY...
WALL CLADDING IN FABRICATED STONES.. MECHANICAL FIXED.. POSSIBLY IF WE CANT DO IT... 60- 100 MSQ..
CLIENT IS EXTREMLEY FAST WITH PAYMENT WITHIN 1 WEEK OF INVOICE..
REFERENCES AND PORTFOLIO WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED..
SITE VISITS CAN BE DONE BEFORE WORKS COMMENCE... THIS REALLY IS A PEACH OF A JOB BUT WE JUST CANT BE EVERYWHERE...!!
