I like the idea of an investment that's yielding at least a 300% margin, your in the wrong job John...should have been a banker  not many tools in my van that'll pay for themselves and then some..
Notice ATS been on and can't wait for them to get some stock in as gonna need drill bit by weds, tempted on the 365 but nobody bigging them up like the ATS bits...
The guide that comes with the 365 is that just to get you going then remove and use a water feed kit? Sure they wont last long dry??

Haha I'm in the right job Andy I just make sure that I have maximum return for minimum outlay. I've had my past in the commercial world of sales and it's all about adding on the upsales where you can make your additional profit.

As an example, I always try to get the customer to have showers tanked even if they are over a bath. When you know that they have had leaks downstairs (careful how you interpret that one) it's an easy sell. I will tank over your bath Mr Customer for £x where I can guarantee the water will only escape out of the bath down the plug and will not ruin your decor downstairs. They jump at it, and it's all listed in my quote then not as an option but a requirement.

How much is your mark up on a tile spacer John  some serious money to be made there:8:

I've just had to do a couple of 69mm holes for down lights on a travertine wetroom. I used a 20mm core bit (Rubi) on the grinder. Marked/drew my hole position, punched 4 holes and then used the side of the bit to "mill" out to my marked lines.

Never seen a core bit that fits on a grinder before, sounds a great tool, any chance of a link to that?

Slowest drill speed Andy and keep it wet. Don't run it on high speed it will screw the core bit up with the heat
