A good first impression

I needed a wet room former today and thought it was about time I gave PHG a try. I rang up before ordering online and spoke to Sue who was very helpful indeed, I then placed my order online and thought nothing more of it. Later in the afternoon I received a call from David to say that the tray I wanted was not in stock but offered me a more expensive alternative for the same price, now that is great customer service. I will need another former at the end of April and obviously will be using PHG for this and any other wet room requirements in the future. Top marks from me

I agree, Bri, I had some really good customer service from Sue when I contacted her about some marble glue. I was at the place and met Sue and David when I went to the LTP course, and yes, good people.

Hi Bri, this Sue is a different one to the one members have seen on here... 🙂 She is a good friend of the family helping out..


Certainly was a good gesture by Dave from PHG.. he must have just got back in from his helicopter ride out today..🙂🙂🙂
