adhesive for chipboard

Hi

I want to tile my bathroom. I am not expirience in that and I have got few questions.
My bathroom has chipboard. I bought Hardibacker cement boards and I want to lie them on chipboard. How to install the cement boards on chipboard? Shall I use 2 part flexible adhesive and corosive resistance screws? Or 1 part adhesive?
What shall I put in the gabs beetwen cement boards? What adhesive shall I use for putting tiles on cement board?

stick the boards down with flexable adhesive using a 6mm notched trowel and screw them down as well, leave a 2mm gap and fill with silcone, the adhesive i use is bal single part flexable, use it to stick boards and tiles..
