Warm water, leave for 15 mins then use a wallpaper scraper. But your issue is not adhesive on the tile face, it is the fact that the adhesive will not have successfully bonded to tile back and substrate - those tiles are likely to come crashing down very soon.

If you choose to ignore the advice given, please ensure that your wife and children wear a crash helmet whilst using the bath or shower.
