Most residue removers with get the adhesive off the face of the tile.
I recommend using some diluted LTP Grimex and a white medium course abrasive pad. Make sure you give everything a good wash down afterwards.

With some of the details you have given us, a few of the tilers have realised you havent used the correct adhesive for fixing your tiles thus have been trying to advise you.
Always use the correct adhesives and grouts to maintain a long lasting, profesional finish.

so when will this happen

It's very hard to say. With the vast temperature variations and high humidity that occur in bathrooms, you could experience a failure at any time. I've heard of poor installations that have lasted a few years but I have also heard about issues of tiles falling onto the owner the first time they used the bath after the tiler had finished.
