Advice for Shower

Hello

I am looking for some advice as to what adhesives etc people would recommend for my shower.

It is a shower above a bath. I have put 6mm HardieBacker on the walls. The tiles are 600 x 300 x 9.5 mm porcelain.

Should I tank the HardieBacker first? What with and what adhesive would you recommend? Do people have preferred brands, such as Mapei or BAL.

Hi @daved2424,

Yes the Hardie will need tanking, I use Tilemaster tanking products also Tilemaster standard Seta-flex adhesive.

Yes. Installed as per the manufacturers instructions. Or do you perhaps have some professional insight to add?
