Advice Needed on cutting finish

Admittedly he hasn't finished yet, and there's still the grouting to do - but from the looks of it nothing would fix that and leave a good finish. I think might get him to simply stop all work on it whilst I can have a think of how best to proceed..

Is this the same person? It looks like someone with no tiling knowledge has gone in and made it worse, appalling! Grouting could not possibly hide all those errors Mucker, stop him now.

Thanks for the offer - all this work has been sub contracted and is in process of being fixed - so fingers crossed 3rd time lucky but definitely with a different tiler this time!
Used to live west london near Richmond, but now moved up north to liverpool. Created my profile in a hurry to get quick feedback and Chrome autofilled the locations. Just looked at your gallery as well - some nice finishes in there and I like the corner marble shelf's that you got...
