Hi all went and quoted a travertine job the other day and got the job thing is the costomer has been on the phone saying he wants holes drilling for taps and showers . i dont have the drills needed to do this should i charge for the drills or not?

It should have been factored into your "estimate". Methinks you need to be speaking to Richard at 365drills to get a kit sorted out.

If the customers asked for holes drilling after you've given the estimate then add extra on top of the estimate.

Maybe not the the full amount for the drill kit, as I don't know the cost of them, but atleast quite a few quid for the kit and extra time involved.

End of the day, you'll probably use them many times over.
