Does anybody know if I'm right in using Mapei G primer, Renovation screed, G primer again followed by P9 Adhesive?

Yes, your plan sounds fine. Don't forget that P9 is a slow set adhesive and do back skim the tiles!

There not polished porcelain.
I would still be carefull grouting them .
Maybe use a temporary sealer.
