Anthrasite Ultra colour+ turned white

Grouted a floor with mapei ultra colour + anthrasite on Wednesday, looked great on thurs, and Friday. The customer cleaned tiles with flash, and a steam cleaner yesterday, due to his big dirty dog walking over them, and the grout is turning white today. would this be due to what they used for cleaning or could it be efferfescance. I have never had a problem with mapei grout before, and have been using it for the last 5 yrs

I told the customer not to use a cleaner containing bleach on the tiles, and it does not actually mention bleach on the bottle of flash, not to sure about using a steam cleaner on them though.

I could do with a bit of advice on what you guys think as gone wrong here, Thanks.

like you i have never had a prob with it. it has to be there cleaning method imo, lets see what others have to say about this

My money would be on the steam cleaner. 3 days isn't long enough for the grout to have fully cured, I'd say the temperature of the steam has pulled the colour out.
