Callout was 'underfloor heating not working in bathroom'.
Board:
The 3 heating circuits pass through the Axiom/Proteus contactors, which get triggered by the Flash thing. I've only found manuals for that thing in French and from sites that want money so far and I'd be comfortable if I knew how it worked.
It's likely adacemic as the Flash thing was clicking on and off, and when it was on, both contactors were working, 230v at the bottom of all of them, yet I was getting no power to all three fused spurs on one of the circuits. Two of the circuits behaved as expected.
So my two unknowns are currently
1 - power leaving CU and not making it to first point on circuit. I'll dig into that more during next visit.
2 - how that flash thing works.
I'm expecting to find a chewed cable in loft.
Once I solve that, next problem is its an RTS meter on Option 14....so it seems likely a new control system will be needed.
