Assessor wanted please

Back in September I was given good advice by several of you re lipping limits in marble tiled floors. Despite best efforts to reach a conclusion, the matter is now in the hands of solicitors. I have been asked to get a report on the state of the floor from an expert which if necessary can be used in court. I will of course pay for this. I cannot guarantee work, even if the report is in my favour. I am just outside Lincoln.

Can anyone help please?
