just tiled two bathrooms in two days. one 21 sqm one 19 sqm back tomorrow to grout both up. normally do around 16 sqm a day walls and 20 sqm floors
That is a young mans job..the walls and floors, on these jobs...power floated flat ..and dry lined to an 8ft level...try doing it 7 days a week......Gaz

priming walls, setting out tiling, tiling, grouting, cleaning tiles...thats how many sq metres a day you should estimate a days work on not just laying them, start to finish.

i am a young man gaz (28) both bathrooms just walls to tile. normally prime and set out for 8.30 then bash on all day. used to do 7 days all the time but have a young family now so like to be at home.

some going that Wayne, quality mate if you can work at that speed.

I normally do 14 m2 walls and 20m2 floor per day ( inc priming washing etc), but I only get £12-14/m (in NI) unliked you guys who get £20/m+

10 - 12 (maybe 15 on a really easy job) square meters at between 20 - 25 quid a meter. Then plus borders and such-like and a bit of profit on the tiles and adhesives maybe. Doing a good job too.

Every job has it's own considerations, I'me asked how much a m2 forget it, is it a empty house, occupied, 2 miles away or 50, day, weekends, type of tile onto what, wood, screed, internal, exterior, price what is best for you, site work is a different option as, no choice last time was 15m2 about a 1 year ago floors and walls, materials suppplied by company.
