bad day at office

Hi all,

Don't know where my head was today, couldn't do a thing right.Measurements out, cut finger,lost mobile.Then when I finally get home customer phones to say I've put 2 sections of border in upside down.
Going to bed before anything else happens.

ran out of tiles yesterday , tried to contact customer only she is on holiday for 2 weeks so no tiles and no money. got home did tax return made the day even worse

These plasterers are doing the whole house :whatchutalkingabout it'll take me as long to do 1 room

Although I have done my first bit of PROPER plastering in my own gaff.............and, If i say so myself.........it looks the dogs danglies

Still would'nt mind making some time and doing a course though

Bad days happen to us all Cush dont worry about it.

i looked like a right t*t a few weeks ago.

Started tiling a Bathroom, Dark beige tiles on the bottom, light ones on the top and a border along the middle, Oh and a few decor tiles laid randomly through the walls.

Anyway did the first wall, tiles on, borders great, went for a bite to eat, came back amd the guy said I thought you were putting some of those decor tiles on each wall?? Sh#t I said and took 2 off and put the decors on.

Did the second wall, exactly the same, left the decors out.

And on the third!!!

Looked like a right idiot, mind the guy was good and had a good laugh at it.

So I got him back good and proper when I finished.

Leave the grout for 4 days b4 using the shower, (finished on a Friday b4 a bank holiday monday) (and grout said leave 3 days before using shower), so he said oh so I can use the shower on Tuesday night then??

'No I said- its 4 working days so you will have to wait till at least thursday' - He totally fell for it for a few minutes and looked a bit perplexed until he noticed his wife pi##ing herself laughing and cottoned on.

Anyway im doing his floor too so its all ok in the end

All im saying is it happens to everyone, we have bad days. Just laugh it off and start again the next day
