Bad grouting

Hi all new to the forum. Doing some diy tiling in the bathroom. B and q ceramic tiles with a bagged grout used. Used a washboy to rinse off and the grout has dried like this. Discoloured and it appears to have sunk. Any ideas where I went wrong? I have tiled before but never had this issue

Most likely too much water!

Grout it again should be fine! Mix it well, some grout has dye in it so you got to keep mix! Or just call a pro

A combination maybe of not packing the grout in enough and too much water. Hope this helps.
