Tilerworld 1.0 worked (for a while) because of the personalities on it, and for a while it drew joe public.

The new one needs some work software-wise. On mobile the posts don't format properly, there are huge gaps all over the place. And I couldn't find a way to message on it. Or like. Or tag. All kinda basic things for forums these days.
