Imo the the fault should be with the suppliers as they have sold a product that's not fit for purpose..

This what happens when the customer takes all the tiles out of there boxes so no chance of checking batch numbers

I have the same problem. We got some shortage of tiles and now we don't know which batch number it belongs to. What should we do now ?
