hi guys doing ma first floor 2morrow its porcelain long tiles and they want it like a brick bond effect i need to ply is well!!i feel confident about it there polished and am gonna seal them just to be in the safe side but if anybody can give me more advice/tips it well help a lot thanks guys

i thought that as well m8 but ma m8 had his done and they were polished and they never got sealed and there some grout stains on them and am 89%percent sure they r the same tiles!!i was half way through ma course when he had his kitchen done so i went down for a nosey b4 it was done and i marked the tile and it came off but after it was done there where still grout on some tiles

polished porcelain needs to be sealed with a penertrating impregnator such as lithofin kf impregnator...only glazed porcelain does not need to be sealed...
sealing porcelain closes the pores that grab dirt and stains thus making it easier to clean.........dave...

If you leave the tiling and start again the nest day, please ensure your last tiles are 100% level to each other, check and check again, not just at the 90 degrees, but diagionally. They have a tendancy to pick up or down as you leave the 'dog tooth'.
