Hi,
We are looking for someone to finish off the tiling in our bathroom. I attempted the floor with my Dad but it hasn't turned out as well as we would have liked. Its not terrible but we do not have the time or money to spend on it. We are therefore looking to get a pro in to do the wall tiles! I gathered a lot of excellent information from this forum during my research on tiling techniques / preperation and materials etc so this seemed like the ideal place to request a tiler due to the great knowledge and experience present.
The tiles are Baldocer Caliza Porcelain Tile 60.0cm x 40.0cm
The walls have been boarded with hardie backer and I have a 20kg bag of Mapei Keraflex white (Is this enough?), a bag of Mapei Beige grout and a tube of Mapei beige sealant.
There is also a sloped ceiling/wall to be tiled with mosaic tiles approx 2sq/m.
Would also be looking at getting the hall and kitchen done which is about 22sq/m in a 600x600 white porcelain tile. This would be onto a concrete subfloor. The kitchen currently has vinyl tiles stuck down with some kind of adhesive and the hall is laminated. I would be happy to remove all this prior to tiling.
