No, I will dig out the areas and maybe someone could give me a rough ball park figure?

Tiling I am more confident with, I can take my time, set it out, think about it, stop if necessary. Plastering is a whole different ball game, it needs to be done in large areas, with speed and you can't stop and come back to it. It's taken a plasterer a month to do, if it took me 3 times as long that would be too long. If it takes me 3 times as long as a pro tiler I can live with that.

the difference is plaster is covered with something, even if only paint, tiles you will see for ever.
i'm not saying you can not do it, but its not easy.

There's 45 sqm on the walls and 22sqm on the floors, mainly medium to large format porcelain tiles, what would be a ballpark figure for a good tiler to do that, labour only out of interest?
