Behind every dabbed plasterboard is a masonry wall!!!
Some of it can be out 2 inches. More messing trying to get the batten true on the line I'd say.

Takes the glue about 10 seconds to go off.

I have 5 beads in the pack, 1800 1200 1000 800 600.
Seen me glueing my stabilas to the wall when needed.

These are glued to the wall, 2 x 1800s & a 900.
There's a couple of screws in it but they were just into the plasterboard as I couldn't get a fixing.
What type of glue is that ?
Not sure, just standard glue sticks you can get from ScrewFix/ Toolstation etc.
They will rip out a bit of plasterboard sometimes but don't worry about it as you just fill in with a bit of addy.
Evostick time bond or similar?
I don't see howSome of it can be out 2 inches. More messing trying to get the batten true on the line I'd say.
