****, reminds me i have got no timbers in the van and doing a job tomorrow. Thats me getting up half an hour earlier to go and get some 🙁

I went to B Q and got them to cut up an 8x4 sheet of ply into strips i have plenty of straight battens on the van now :wink_smile:

I bought some aluminium box section in different lengths as wood can be twisted and bent, got about 40ft for just over 50 notes, I stil have abit of timber in the van just case there are some short bits, I also have some batten stands, would recommend them to anyone, takes two minutes to set up.

got mine off tradetiler, cost £12 and think it was about £4 delivery. well worth it mate, stick a timber or a big spirit level on em and you are good to go in minutes.
