Best colour grout for Cappuccino Matt tiles

Hi Guys,

Was looking for advice on which colour of grout to use for the best look on Cappuccino Matt Marble tiles.

I am planning on laying these horizontal brick effect with 2mm spacers.

Any advice on how to lay these and colour of grout would be much appreciated.

Do you have a link to the tile so we can see them ?
Usually for me I would be looking at Mapei, Jasmine, Beige or Limestone for that type but without seeing it I couldn't say.

This isnt the tile exactly but it is very similar in a matt finish. The tiler advised against white in favour of ivory. Do you agree with this? I was also thinking of using thin 2mm spacers rather than anything thicker. Advice much appreciated. What do ya think?

I would see if any local tile stockists have colour grout swatches and see which looks best but deffo not white.

Mapei ultra colour jasmine looks good with those tiles..

What tile spacing would you recommend?

Also, what would colour grout would you use on the floor?

For me, 2mm spacers.. If they're the same tiles going on the floor, I'd go with the same grout you use on the walls.. Either jasmine, or limestone.. I think ivory will be too yellow

On the floor I am going to use small 30x30 tiles which are a shade lighter - applestone effect. However, the wall tiles are also suitable on the floor - which would look best?

If I go for the applestone tiles on the floor would it be best to still use the same colour of grout? Will Jasmine or Limestone grout on the floor show up dirt easily ?

I say use the same.. It'll tie it in, and make grouting easier, as you won't have to worry about 1 colour bleeding into the other

Hi, it is a shower room. Not much traffic. Would like something that will look good and last.

I am tempted to go for the applestone effect floor tiles with grey grout as I think this will keep its appearance longer - tho not necessarily look better overall.
