Yep, to loosen up the epoxy grout before cleaning it off. I cut the pads in half as they are quite large. As soon as theyre clogged up with grout I chuck 'em and get a clean one.

Mapei epoxy used.
fillgel but it seems tougher.

adhesive, epoxy, detergent, gloves, abrasive felt and sponge.

If the tubs have been sitting in a cold building site/warehouse I'll sit them in a bucket of warm water for a while to make mixing easier.

I leave the stove in winter to warm the night fillgel.

Yeah I remember the Bisazza installation boxes with tonnes of stuff in them. Kerrakol hybrid epoxy is supposed to be very to clean but not used it in a job yet. I hate any epoxy lol.

fugalite kerakoll and Mapei epoxy.
They are coarser grit and remain easier to clean.
fugalite with the passage of time ingiallisce.no ok.
fillgel a finished work is much more beautiful

I use what is specified for the job, particularly with the commercial steam rooms.

bathrooms still use normal cement base with additive (Fugolastic equivalent) ?
