You can have a look at other threads under the history search section which may give you some answers to other previous issues with this product.
They are usually associated with a lack of product knowledge and as previously stated non sealing.
You will have to pursue contact with your contractor to resolve this product and only if he is reputable will you stand any chance of recourse.
Was the contractor a builder, landscaper, or tiler and who supplied the product?

They are a landscape gardening firm, solid history online of laying patios inc limestone, although judging by the job done it would seem no familiar with black limestone!

Thanks the post some good information there. After seeing the pictures can anyone confirm that's not how to leave a newly laid patio and a recommeneded course of action? If anyone is local to Wiltshire feel free to PM with an estimate to restore the stone to how it should look.
