I always answer them. I have fun with telemarketers! There was a Unknown number the other day, it was an insurance company for a customer I quoted for major works at his home. Good thing I answered it cause the job is mine

I always answer every call, could be a customer wanting work done, and not everyone leaves a message, they just ring another tiler and that could be a job lost, if its a sales call, just put the phone down...
