When this forum started up it was a fantastic source of information for me and I genuinely think without it I might not have choosen this occupation. It helped me find the right course and once I started helped me out with anything I was unsure of and all the guys on here helped give me the confidence to tackle the more difficult jobs.
I used to log on to the forum once I settled down at night, sometimes until the early hours.....every day!!!!!!!!!!.I'd have to check it every 10 mins to see if there was any new threads. This only stopped about 2 and a half years ago when I moved in with the girlfriend and she constantly moaned about me being obsessed with the forum and always being on the computer.I learnt to just check in every now and then and because of her 3 daughters and her hogging the computer I ended up abandoning my beloved forum.
Recently though I feel the need at every spare minute to constantly come on the forum going through all the threads, everyones photos and reading nearly every post. This bloody forum is sooooooooooooo addictive!I've caught the bug again and can't shift it.
Its great to see how this once small forum has grown into the colossal place it is now and this I feel is down to the great moderaters(Especially Dave), trusted advisors and regular members that have worked so hard over the years to make it the place it is.Seeing some of the work shown here is nothing short of inspirational and always makes me happy to be in the industry I am.
This is the end of my love letter cause my girlfriend is moaning at me making noises on the keyboard while shes trying to watch Eastenders(She just said you better not be on that bloody tiling forum again)
