Hi everyone, not been around for a while, had to move back into project management to get a bloody mortgage!
Still tiling when I can and just got myself a Dewalt d24000 and think its amazing, just done my parents bathroom in travertine and it was brilliant ;)
Anyway, back to the Bosch, got the whole kit for £145.00 delivered from eBay brand new as it was such a good price, just wondering if anyone has used it and what your thoughts are on it?
Cheers all

The GTR is the updated Rotozip.

Got one a few months ago. Eats through soft ceramics but struggles a bit more with porcelain. Doesn't seem too good at plunging into hard stuff and the bits don't last long but it's handy to have. An easier way to get through the tile and save your milling bit is to drill through it with the 8mm bit and then use the milling bit to cut out your shape, you can be there forever trying to get through a tile with the milling bit and end up burning it out.

Have you got your technique right mate? Only asking because I've seen a couple of tilers using it wrong and burning the
tip out (x-bit for porcs and the like). I know I can plunge into the hardest porcelain in a fraction of the time of drilling and core drilling.
